Some of the creamiest eggs Iβve ever had. The sandwiches are so rich that youβll be so full with one! Tater tots were yummy too β definitely freshly fried. Kiosk ordering is quick and easy and I love that they open early for breakfast on weekends.

Really good and fresh food. Loved the Bulgogi burrito, and the egg sandwich was really good on a thick toast and some nice surprising spicy in the middle

The Patty Benedict is delicious. The sauce has a nice crisp lemony flavor and the English muffin has nice crisp edges and itβs not at all soft and mushy. The food is attractive, but it is served in a black plastic tray which makes maneuvering and cutting the food a little bit awkward but it will probably make packaging up leftovers to go easier. I wish it were more ecological. It is very much a self serve, kiosk ordering, kind of place. Colors are bright and cheery, but it is pretty bare bones. Staff was wonderful. I would definitely come back, but not if I wanted comfort and a long sit. Service was fast and very accommodating.

Restaurant is very clean and inviting. You order on a screen, no human. I LOVE breakfast burritos but there are no veggies or option to add. Otherwise it was delicious. I ordered for dine in but they still put it in a bag, seems wasteful. But it was my first visit so maybe it was a mistake. Again burrito flavor was delicious, and a generous portion. I just wish they had some veggies

A great addition to the Evanston community! The owner, John, and all the workers were really friendly and ready to help with anything. Despite its name, this egg spot does not serve your typical New York style sandwiches, but rather, Korean egg sandos. I decided to try the Sando-Bacon Egg, which was delicious on all ends. First of all, you canβt specialize in eggs without having tasty eggs, but my expectations were exceeded. The eggs were the perfect consistency if you enjoy a soft scramble, and they were very creamy and fluffy as well. The bacon was thick cut and really meaty versus the bacon you might expect in a typical BEC. You could taste how freshly cooked the ingredients were, and they paired well with the cheddar cheese, signature creamy egg sauce, and sriracha aioli. Lastly, the bread was perfect. The sandwich was stuffed to the brim, but the brioche was thickly sliced and able to hold everything together very well. It was nice, buttery, and toasted evenly. The sando succeeded in its goal of bringing the classic street-style Korean taste to Evanston; it tasted just like something I would eat in Seoul! Iβm looking forward to seeing how New YolkTown grows, but I think itβll
